Processing time
SaleEvent ships orders within 2 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping rates (CAD)
- Regular shipping: $12.00
- Express shipping: $20.00
Your shipping option and cost are shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Express is generally faster than Regular, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather or other events beyond our control may occur.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will try to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, email us at kyle@scentevent.ca with your order number and we will help. For damaged items, please see our Refund Policy.
