This website is operated by SaleEvent ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Use of the store

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation.

3. Product information and images

We work to display products accurately. Packaging, colours and labels may vary from what is shown, and screen settings can affect how colours appear. Always read the product label before use, especially for ingredients and allergy information.

4. Limited quantities and clearance stock

Many products are discounted, clearance or limited-quantity items and may sell out at any time. We may limit quantities per order and may cancel an order if an item is no longer available, with a full refund for that item.

5. Pricing and errors

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to an error, we may cancel or refuse the order, even after it has been placed, and will refund any payment received.

6. Orders and payments

By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or unavailable stock.

Content on this website belongs to SaleEvent or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaleEvent is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date above will be updated. Continued use of the store means you accept the updated Terms.
